David A. Bronstein

Founding Partner and Trial Attorney, David A. Bronstein brings a dynamic courtroom presence and significant trial experience to the law firm, which he co-founded with Partner, Carlos Carmona.
David has practiced law in Florida since 1987 and has achieved many legally significant courtroom victories. His current trial practice focuses on a full spectrum of insurance matters, with an emphasis on suspicious insurance claims, property coverage claims, and automobile negligence and general liability matters.
He is admitted to practice in the trial courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Bronstein received his Juris Doctor at Florida’s first law school, Stetson University College of Law, where he was the Business Manager of the Stetson Law Quarterly and Vice President of the Stetson Trial Advocacy Society. At Stetson, he also received two book awards for the highest grade in each class and was on the Dean’s List. He also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Thomas Allison. His undergraduate studies were completed at Stetson University, where he was President of the Interfraternity Council.
In addition to practicing law, David has served as pro bono counsel to the South Florida Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigations Units (IASIU) since 1998 and is frequently called upon to speak before legal, industry, and non-profit organizations. In addition, he has served for many years in a voluntary capacity as Legal Counsel to the Miramar Police Foundation and continues his many years of service on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
David has lived in South Florida for more than forty years and is married with three children.
