Ronald W. Warner
Ronald W. Warner concentrates his practice on first party property insurance defense litigation matters, including defense of Assignment of Benefits litigation. He is also experienced with commercial, real property, tort negligence, homeowner association, condo association, and construction defect litigation. As a member of the firm’s property litigation defense team, Mr. Warner represents homeowner’s insurance companies in litigation matters involving claims for property coverage.
Mr. Warner received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University, and a Paralegal Certification from Capital University Law School, in Columbus, Ohio. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, and is admitted to practice law in Florida and Ohio.
Mr. Warner has served on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee in the past, and is the current president of Gold Key Club, Inc. Homeowner’s Association
