Robert B. Phaneuf
Robert Phaneuf grew up in Southwest Florida and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. After college, Robert served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Navy for over five years, deploying overseas.
After leaving active military service, Robert attended St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami Gardens, Florida. While at St. Thomas, Robert was elected treasurer of the trial team and spent the summer interning with the white collar crime division at the Office of the State Attorney in Palm Beach.
For several years prior to joining Bronstein & Carmona, P.A., Robert represented businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including claims for insurance benefits, injunctions, property disputes, criminal matters (felony and misdemeanor), foreclosures, evictions, unlawful detainers, and matters involving general business litigation. Robert has tried cases in several counties around the State of Florida, including both jury and bench trials.
