Otto Ruiz Frantzen
Otto Ruiz Frantzen graduated cum laude from the St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, he was a student attorney at the St. Thomas Immigration Clinic, representing clients in litigating immigration matters. Otto earned two CALI awards, in Evidence and Evidence Focus. While in law school, Otto was on the Dean’s list for 5 of his 6 semesters and was a recipient of the St. Thomas Law Merit Scholarship.
Prior to joining the firm, Otto worked for the Office of the Florida Attorney General, Children’s Legal Services Bureau, where he handled dependency cases.
He received his American undergraduate education at the Florida Atlantic University; he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Otto was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where he also attended law school and practiced law for several years prior to moving to the United States. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Otto enjoys cooking and watching soccer in his spare time, and his favorite team is Liverpool.
