Lian Anthony is a proud “Spartan” and earned her Juris Doctor at Michigan State University College of Law, where she was the Top Oralist in her Advocacy Section and received a Jurisprudence Achievement award in Moot Court Competition Seminar. While in law school, she was a Member on MSU Law’s Trial and Appellate Advocacy Board and a quarterfinalist in the Andrews Kurth Moot Court “Best of the Best” National Championship. She was also an Associate Editor on the Journal of Animal and Natural Resource Law.
Lian received her undergraduate education at Florida International University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences.
Lian is a Trinidad & Tobago native and a “Public Radio Nerd” who, in her spare time, enjoys reading and vacationing in Croatia.
